Sign-in
Everyone signs in through Microsoft 365, so your Microsoft password and security settings stay in place. DealRein never sees your password.
Separate brokerages
Each brokerage's information is walled off from every other brokerage's at the database level.
Roles
Agents see their own deals. Staff help manage the office. Only the broker approves documents and changes team settings.
Encrypted connections
All connections use HTTPS. Keys for connected systems are encrypted and can't be viewed after they're saved.
Hosted on Microsoft Azure
DealRein runs in Microsoft Azure in the United States, with automated database backups.
A record of changes
Date changes, approvals, and other important actions are recorded with who did them and when.
Mailbox access
Connecting a mailbox is each person's choice. DealRein looks only for "Envelope Completed" emails, and people can disconnect at any time.
AI reading
Documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service to read details and flag possible issues. A person confirms details and makes every review decision.
